Caringin 81

Being surrounded by well-known universities, Caringin 81 is located strategically in the middle of Jatinangor. Constructed in an active area, the demand of an all- female exclusive dormitory is high. The design is oriented towards the needs of occupants, such as plenty of parking spaces, in-house security, semi-outdoor lounge area, cafeteria and laundry. Caringin 81 consist of 36 fully furnished units. The façade of the building uses a secondary skin of geometrical patterns that complement the A-type roof and material transition between the soft and hard materials.
