AH House

AH House was previously built by a different contractor, but had issues in terms of structure strength. Beams and floor plates were slightly bent and columns were too thin. Thus structural work became the main priority in this project.

Once the structure work is done, floor layouts were changed including he position of stairs. For safety and privacy reasons, the balcony was given a secondary layer of ventilation holes which also acts as the house’s design accent.
